We hope that you will love our swimwear as much as we do, but in case you change your mind about us, here are the steps you need to take to receive a refund. Our team is here to guide you through the process and help with whatever you need. Feel free to contact us at email@example.com
Our policy lasts 14 days form the date of receipt that appears in our system. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer customers a refund or exchange.
All returns are at the expense of the customer.
To start the refund process please send the unused product(s) in its original and unworn condition with Koraru tags, origami style carrier and hygiene seal intact. Once we receive your package, we will promptly process your return. Please be sure that your package is insured, traceable and prepaid. Sales and Final sales items cannot be returned.
To be eligible for a return, your item must complete the following conditions:
* must be received within 14 days of receiving your order
* must be new, unwashed, unworn and with original tags and hygienic liner
* must be in the original packaging
* must not be marked as a Sale or Final Sale item on our website
* must not have sunscreen, make-up or fake tan marks
* must not smell of perfume, deodorant, body cream or washing power etc.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any items that don’t meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
Shipping for your Return or Exchange
To return your product, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org. For US Customers we will create and send you a shipping label by e-mail. We will have to kindly ask you to contact the shipping company after receiving the shipping label to schedule a pick-up.
For Customers outside the US, we will kindly have to ask you to please arrange the shipping for the returns yourself. We will of course assist if needed.
All customers who return or exchange an order will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning said items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping + a warehouse handling fee of USD 5$ will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where the items are being shipped from, the time it may take for them to reach us may vary.
We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the items or proof of received return delivery.
Customers are entitled to an exchange within 14 days of their purchase. However, a return must be made and a new order must be placed for the exchange to happen. ( We apologise for any inconvenience caused by this complication). We recommend placing an order in advance of the return to ensure the desired item is still available.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days ( it varies depending on the banking institution).
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items & Gift card items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale and gift card items cannot be refunded. Final sale items can be returned for store credit only. Your store credit will be issued in the form of a code, which you can apply at the checkout to purchase an alternate size/item online. Full priced items purchased with a discount code or as part of a temporary promotion are considered final sale and are only eligible for store credit.
If the items were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate in the form of a discount code will be e-mailed to you. If the items weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves to give it to you later, we will send the refund to the gift giver.
