WHAT DO YOU LOOK FOR IN A SWIMSUIT?

For me sustainable fabrics and timeless design are always the top priority!

.

WHAT IS YOUR FAVOURITE TRAVEL MEMORY?

I spent a summer when I was 18 traveling up the coast of Australia by myself...it was my first solo adventure and I loved how much independence I gained on a solo voyage. Not to mention the beauty of the country that I got to really appreciate with no distractions.
.

WHERE ARE YOU TRAVELING NEXT?

My husband and I are planning a trip to Spain in order to try out to regenerative hotels we have been dying to go to for their incredible commitments to sustainability and organic agriciuture...Finca can Marti in Ibiza and Es Racó d'Artà in Mallorca.
.

BEACH BAG BEAUTY ESSENTIAL?

I don't wear sunscreen (too many toxins) so I would have to say a very large hat and my Maison Made biodynamic lavender face hydrosol for cooling down on hot days.
.

HOW DO YOU STYLE YOUR SWIMSUIT FOR THE BEACH?

Some light linen trousers, sunglasses and a chic pair of slides will normally take me from beach to anywhere else on Holiday I may want to go!
.

WHERE IS YOUR ALL-TIME TOP HOLIDAY SPOT?

I lived in Paris for five years and trips down to Provence and the South of France will always have a very special place in my heart....rosé, great food, the smell of lavender and blue waters can't really be beat in my opinion!
.

FAVOURITE DRINK AT THE BEACH?

A Paloma!
.
.

WHEN TRAVELLING, WHAT WILL WE FIND ON YOUR PLAYLIST?

A lot of Django Rheinhardt, Pink Martini, Madeleine Peyroux and Leon Bridges.

FAVOURITE BEACH READ?

Elena Ferrante, Georgette Heyer or Jess Walteri.
.

WHAT IS YOUR BEST TRAVEL TIP?

Travel as lightly as possible - both figuratively and literally! I like to pack as little as I can to keep things minimal, but make sure that I have necessities like a reusable water bottle, actual beauty products (no plastic ideally!) and items that I can wear in many different ways and more than once. Also, try and choose trains over airplanes, and always look for a hotel's sustainability criteria and choose local, organic companies to support when you are in a new locale!
