All successfully placed orders will be processed within 2 business days of being received.
All orders are currently being fulfilled from our warehouses in US or UK.
Once your order is dispatched, you will be notified via e-mail and a tracking number will be provided.
Please note, all International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes once a shipment reaches your country. Additional customs clearance charges must be paid by the customer, we do not have control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be. We recommend contacting your local customs authority before placing an order. Keep in mind that EU has starting charging VAT since 2021.

*Average shipping times can differ based on weather, political climate, shipping volumes at certain times of year etc. Koraru cannot be held responsible for delays. If you are placing an order for a special event such as a wedding or honeymoon, or a vacation, we strongly recommend ordering at least 30 days prior to the date of your event or departure date to ensure you will receive your package in time.
If an order was placed with the wrong details or an order needs to be cancelled or edited, we ask you to please contact our team as soon as possible. We unfortunately cannot make any changes or cancel an order after it has left our premises. We pack and ship orders daily so cannot guarantee any changes can be made, but our team will do their best to assist you.
During busy holiday seasons or on rare occasions international shipping to some areas can take several weeks. Koraru can not be held responsible for any delays caused by the destination country’s customs clearance process or by the courier transit time.
Please provide a mailing address that will be attended during normal business hours in case you will need to sign for your package. Koraru cannot be held responsible for parcels that are lost or damaged in transit as a result of authorising the shipping courier to leave your parcel unattended should there be nobody at the provided address to receive it.
Please note that Koraru is not responsible for the cost of import taxes and duties. These are payable by the customer. We recommend that you contact your local customs authority for details prior to placing your order, as regulations and guidelines differ by country.
For returns, please note that the customer will be required to pay for the shipping costs. Unfortunately we cannot offer free returns or exchanges. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as well as insuring your package, as Koraru cannot take any responsibility for tracking any returns.

IMPORTANT SHIPPING INFORMATION
Koraru is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once your package is picked up and scanned by our carrier, the shipping and delivery status is no longer within our control. Please reach out directly to the carrier for missing or stolen packages, deliveries to be held for pickup, or for address change requests.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the accuracy and safety of the delivery address provided. We will not be held liable for incorrectly entered delivery information or packages left, stolen, or missing from an unreliable or unsafe delivery address. Please consider shipping to an address where someone is always present to receive the delivery.
If your package stops moving at any point don’t worry - it is still on its way to you and is likely just clearly customs or a new distribution center scan. Occasionally there may be weather delays or events that will cause delays, your tracking page will be updated with the latest shipping status. It can take up to 4-6 weeks in some cases for a package to arrive at its destination.
